The Toxfree Marine XTCuZ1-K (AS) is a halogen-free safety cable. In case of fire, it does not emit toxic or corrosive gases, protecting people and avoiding possible damage to electronic equipment. For this reason its use is recommended in public places and marine applications.
The conductor is made of electrolytic copper, class 5 (flexible) according to UNE-EN 60228 and IEC 60228.
The insulation is cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) free of halogens type HF XLPE 90ºC according to IEC 60092-360
Aluminum polyester tape shield with superimposed tinned copper braid armor, which guarantees 100% shielding coverage.
