The LSA Sensor No. 40 insertion tool belongs to the range of special tools and is used for common LSA connections. With foldable draw hook and release blade for conductors with a diameter of 0.35 - 0.9 mm and 0.7 - 2.6 mm. It has a sensor for scanning the end position of the cable
With LSA Sensor No. 40, cables with a diameter of 0.35 - 0.9 mm and a conductor diameter of 0.7 - 2.6 mm can be connected to the LSA strips or blocks. By applying light pressure to the tool, the cables are connected and cut in a single operation. No need to manually disassemble or screw. The integrated scissors can be switched off if necessary, for example if you don't want to cut off an excess cable end. A sensor ensures that the scissor is not activated until the cable has been pressed deep enough into the contact. The sensor can be disabled (OFF) for double wiring of the contacts. Also, the LSA sensor does not. 40 through a pull-down hook pulls the wires out of the LSA contact and through a pull-out release blade unlocks the LSA modules from the mounting bracket. The tool is designed for a maximum of 200,000 connections (with a core diameter of 0.4 mm).
