New and improved XSA series of high vacuum solenoid valves.
Normally closed, XSA valves offer high sealing with a minimum working differential pressure of just 1 x 10-6 Pa (abs).
Highly versatile, they have compression fittings and flat gasket fittings, a Faston terminal and a greater variety of tensions.
The spring has also been moved towards the body of the XSA, reducing contact and minimizing particle generation.
