Salicru's SLC TWIN RT3 series includes Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) from 4 to 10 kVA, with excellent electrical protection features for critical server environments. Although their nature is the integration in rack cabinets, they include all the accessories and adaptability to be arranged in a tower format. In models from 4 kVA, a strip is included that can be mounted either in a rack arrangement, or attached to the body of the UPS, if the vertical format is chosen. This strip, also known as PDU (power distribution unit), extends the electrical connectivity of the equipment to the maximum, facilitating the quick connection/disconnection of the loads to be protected.
In the part of direct interaction with the user, a matrix screen (Dot matrix) has been chosen that makes it easier to highlight important information in the center of the screen, unlike traditional LCD screens.
Reliability, power density and immediacy of information have been 3 of the key elements in the definition of the series SLC TWIN RT3, considering that these 3 factors are the ones that most satisfy user demands today.
Applications:
The perfect way to ensure productivity associated with data management. SLC TWIN RT3 attributes reliability to the continuity in the provision of information technology; being the environments likely to be protected server systems, voice and data networks, ERP systems, CRM solutions, document management,...
Features:
Connectivity and vigilant protection
The inclusion of an ethernet port and the option of the Wi-Fi device allow the SLC TWIN RT3 series to be integrated into the IoT environment. Through the cloud, our NIMBUS APP and the web, fully developed in SALICRU's Connected Software department, offer maximum monitoring of the equipment status, reception of information and alarms, execution of remote battery tests,...
The immediacy provided by connectivity directly ensures the continuity of the connected loads and, consequently, the continuity of productivity associated with them.
At the hardware level, an overvoltage cut-off device (OVCD), a system of fan blockage detection, over-temperature detection, overload alarm and external battery detection system, guarantee constant automated monitoring of our system.
Improved Length
In many cases, the depth of 19” rack cabinets is often a weight factor. This particularity has led us to consider as a key factor, in the design of the SLC TWIN RT3 range, the reduction of its dimensions in the Z axis, always maintaining the height of 2U x 19” on the front of the UPSs. As a result, we offer a range of high power density, limited to only 600 mm deep, in addition, the corresponding batteries are supplied in a 3U format, also reduced in depth.
Multiple output options
The SLC TWIN RT3 series has different connection options for the loads. Equipment from 4 kVA, apart from offering 2 IEC C13 quick connection outputs and an input/output terminal block, are also delivered with a rackable strip that has 8 additional outputs (6 x IEC C13 + 2 x IEC C19). The strip has safety closing clips for a correct fastening of the electrical connectors and can be mounted, using the supplied accessories, on the side of the UPS.
Advanced internal temperature management
SLC TWIN RT3 from 4 to 10 kW has two fan coils to optimize thermal conditions inside the equipment. The front coil acts as a drive, while the rear one extracts the air immediately. This double system incorporates variable speed fans to balance ventilation efficiency with energy consumption.
The improvement in thermal conditions has a favorable effect on the elongation of the life of the components, while creating the right environment for the equipment to maximize its performance.
The precision in the engineering of this system has allowed the equipment to be kept at optimal noise levels, under typical load conditions, despite the increase in air exchange capacity.
Manual Bypass connectable BM-R
The optional by Excellence of this series is the external manual bypass module. This bypass offers us management of the connected batteries, the possibility of handling the connected UPS without the need to interrupt the downstream network supply and, as the most important feature, it incorporates 2 groups of programmable outputs to assign to critical loads and secondary loads, conveniently.
This external module therefore has 4 IEC13 outputs, 2 IEC19 outputs, divided equally into two groups, and a terminal output.
It can be mounted in rack format both on the front side
