PCPCMO
The computer monitor is the dynamic information output device that allows the user to display texts and images.
Currently, monitors have evolved functionally and in multimedia monitors they are also devices input by having a microphone and camera to capture the image and voice of the user.
Based on the technology of the screen, we can classify them into the following:
CRT: Old cathode ray monitors, now obsolete.
LCD: They are liquid crystal displays that modulate light resulting in great image quality. They have moderate energy consumption.
LED: They are backlit screens that offer great color and image quality but with poor response time. Its power consumption is moderate too
OLED: Organic light-emitting diode displays. These screens offer a very high color accuracy compared to other technologies, and as a disadvantage we must refer to the large amount of energy consumed.
